Maple Glazed Bacon Wrapped Sage Apricots

Ingredients
  

  • 24  fresh whole sage leaves
  • 24 large dried apricots
  • 8 pieces Applewood smoked bacon, cut into thirds
  • 3 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • wooden toothpicks

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375º F. Place a sage leaf on each apricot and wrap with a piece of bacon with seam on bottom. Secure with a toothpick and place on baking sheet.
  2. Bake until bacon has started to crisp, approximately 10 to 12 minutes.
  3. Remove from oven and drizzle with pure maple syrup. Serve warm.
